In order for Yuki Shipping Inc. (“our Company”) to address the requests of Data Subjects as per Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), you must communicate your requests to our Company via certified mail to [YUKİ GEMİ ACENTELİĞİ A.Ş. Ünalan Mah. Libadiye Cad. Emaar Residence No:82E / 2409 K:24 34700 Üsküdar, İstanbul, Türkiye], or through electronic means such as registered email (KEP), secured electronic signature, mobile signature, or via an email address previously declared to YUKİ and registered on the Company’s system. The envelope containing the form or the subject of the email should read “KVKK Uyarınca Bilgi Talebi” (Information Request as per KVKK).

 

The applications methods specified above can be changed from time to time and/or renewed after other methods determined by the Board on the Protection of Personal Data (“Board”) are announced. Our Company shall make the necessary announcements with regard to the changes made to application methods.

 

Your application shall receive a response from us as soon as possible depending on the nature of the application, and within no more than 30 days, as per Article 13, paragraph 2 of KVKK. Responses will be sent to you in written form or electronically, as per Article 13 of KVKK. In the event that the information and documents you filed to us are deficient or unintelligible, we shall contact you to seek clarification.
